To give you an idea of how good our pastas are, we need to talk about our pizza: we’ve got the best carryout pizza in LA County, and if you’re a 1st-time customer who’s wondering how we’re still a small business, it’s because we’re not good at marketing and because staying small helps us control the quality of every pizza coming out of the oven; however, we’ve grown to 6 locations without any marketing, which should tell you when customers try our pizza, they come back. When we make pasta, our goal is for you to never want to get pasta from anywhere else again, so we use some of the finest ingredients you’ll find any pizzeria using; that’s been our goal while we’ve made our pizzas over the years, and look how far it’s gotten us.

Large 14" Pepperoni Tavern-Style (Thin-Crust) Pizza
When we make a pizza tavern-style, we use a thin crust; we add a lot more of our 100%-real mozzarella; and we top it with a lot more of some of the freshest produce and some of the highest-quality meats you’ll find any pizzeria using until they cover the entire surface of the pizza and go all the way to the edges, making this pizza cheesier and loaded with more toppings than any of our other pizzas. A pizzeria came up with the idea for this pizza when it noticed that a lot of its customers’ favorite part was the cheese and toppings, so they’d order extra cheese and toppings on their pizza because they wanted the ratio of cheese and topping to crust to be higher than what it was; the pizzeria figured that it’d really give its customers what they wanted, then, by adding extra cheese and toppings to a thin-crust pizza.

Large, 14" Stuffed Crust Pizzas
The best pizza crusts are those that come out of the oven a toasted, golden-brown masterpiece that’s densely fluffy on the inside. Now, imagine this crust stuffed with so much melty, 100%-real mozzarella; brushed with garlic butter; and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. Even though the crust is the most important part of any pizza, it’s a lot more difficult than it seems to master the art of making crusts this way, so a lot of pizzerias struggle with it. To have any shot at success with this, the dough that’s being used has to be fresh; in our kitchen, it’s non-negotiable to use anything other than dough that we make in-house and fresh from scratch every single day, so we’re using the freshest-possible dough.

The best way for you to understand how serious we are about our Wings is for us to tell you that we have regulars who constantly bother us about adding more sauces to the menu because they don’t want to have to get their wings from anywhere else. The dough that we use to make our breadsticks and Italian cheesy bread is made in our kitchen and fresh from scratch every day. You might wonder why we bother to go through the hassle of doing this every morning when other pizzerias don't, and it's because only fresh dough can make crusts that are densely fluffy on the inside since fresh dough still has moisture. So, if fresh dough is the only dough that can bake the way that you need it to achieve this kind of crust, then we make sure that the dough we use is as fresh as it can possibly get.
